New Release: Jurlique Nutri-Define Serum

After recently attending Jurlique’s launch of their Nutri-Define range, I’ve been using their Superior Retexturising Facial Serum religiously every night as well as getting my mother's verdict on it, since she has more mature skin. It’s quite a premium serum, coming in at £86 for 30ml, but is it worth the price tag?

Just like the rest of the Nutri-Define range, it is targeted at those with more mature skin. It’s specifically meant to combat sagging, deep wrinkles and lines, dehydration and loss of elasticity with the use of anti-aging plant extracts. It contains Biosome 5, which delivers rosemary, horseradish, mulberry, peppermint and glycogen to the epidermis of the skin. Ginseng root extract reduces visible signs of aging and improves firmness of the skin and hydration. Licorice root extract is known to brighten and increase moisture levels.

The serum is very watery in consistency and disappears into the skin leaving a veil of hydration. It really smoothes the skin and is perfect to wear underneath makeup during the day and of course at night. I do find that it adds a certain soft focus luminosity to the skin and my skin definitely feels re-energised after application. My mother agreed that it really smoothed the skin and found that it diminished the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Now that we’ve come into Autumn/Winter and my skin is prone to dryness, this has really been helping. If this is within your budget and you have mature or dry skin, is it worth the investment? Yes - it's wonderful
