Tanya Burr Lip Gloss Review

It’s safe to say that everyone from the blogging community was beyond excited when Tanya Burr Lips & Nails dropped. I had high hopes for the lovely lady that basically taught me how to apply makeup, and she didn’t disappoint. Now I honestly found it really tough to pick just one lip gloss from the range because they’re all incredible – she’s got some great pinky-nudes in there as well as some bold reds, but I ended up going with this vibrant shade that hasn't really been talked about much in the blogosphere.

The shade Exotic Island is a beautiful fuchsia shade with a hint of purple, that can be worn quite sheer or really built up to create a pigmented pout. The texture is oh so creamy – quite similar to the cremesheen lip gloss formula from MAC. They’re long-lasting, non-sticky and apply like a dream. They also smell unreal – like fizzy strawberry laces! The applicator is quite large and slightly biconcave which is great for application. It deposits the perfect amount of product onto your lips with just one swipe. For only £6.99 they’re a great drugstore buy and I’ll most likely be going back for more!
