Eylure Brow Range Review

I’ve been using all of the Eylure brow products for a month now and I’m ready to give my official verdict – it’s a fantastic and comprehensive range, especially considering that all the products are very reasonably priced. It’s great to see a drugstore brand really upping their brow game because these products could honestly rival high end ones.

Let’s start with the basics. I’m a big fan of a good old fashioned brow pencil. These ones have a nice firm texture for precise brow shading and have a built in spoulie brush to comb through your brows as you fill them in. The brow crayon is very similar to the pencil in terms of texture; the only difference is in the packaging. Instead of having to sharpen it, it’s in twist up packaging so this is a great product for on the go.

The Brow Tame & Define Wax is a unique product in my make up collection as I hadn’t previously used a brow wax. It’s enriched with rosemary and sweet almond oil to nourish the brows. As I mentioned in my initial post about Eylure’s brow range here, brow waxes give a glossier appearance to the brows and can look more natural compared to brow gels that can look a little too matte. This product is really easy to work with; I like to apply a small amount, comb it through with a spoulie brush and slowly build it up in that way. The Brow Control & Shape Gel is a lovely product. It keeps the brows perfectly in place without going crispy and conditions them at the same time as it contains panthenol and vitamin E. I also love how dinky it is compared to my Maybeline Sculpting Brow Mascara – it’s such a great handbag product. It is a completely clear brow gel so if you prefer your brow gel to have a tint to it, this isn’t for you.

The Brow Nourishing Oil is a product that I’ve become slightly obsessed with using. I use it every night without fail. It’s an intensely moisturising oil to help promote healthy hair growth. It contains a blend of sweet almond, argan and rosemary oil and I feel like using it daily has really helped condition and nourish my brows. The Brow Stencils aren’t something that I particularly need to use, but I think it’s such a great product for a brow-beginner. It comes with 4 different arch styles so you’re able to pick the perfect one for you and use that as your template to achieving gorgeous brows. The Permanent Tint is a brilliant product in the range. It’s a single application tint for your brows that lasts for up to 6 weeks. I’ve yet to try this out but I definitely will at some point since it’s one of my dreams in life to have darker eyebrows and since this is only a tenner, you really can’t go wrong with this product!

Finally, I want to talk about the product that I think will be the most popular – the Brow Palette. This is a definite handbag holy grail. It contains the perfect trio for shaping and sculpting your brows on the go. I’m in the shade Dark Brown FYI. First, I use the wax to set the lash, then the brow powder to add definition and colour. Finally, I use the highlighter under the brow to enhance the arch. This is an incredible brow product and especially for the price! The packaging is also really sleek and compact, and it’s got a large mirror so it’s great for travel.

All in all, this range is one to check out if like me, Cara Delevingne has made you obsessed with the idea of having a good brow and you don't want to spend a fortune on high-end brow products. My favourites have to be the brow palette, pencils, wax and nourishing oil - I'd happily repurchase any of these. Check out the full range here
