Eylure Does Brows

When I think of Eylure, I picture Boots with rows of false eyelashes. As an absolute brow-obsessed beauty junkie - it’s hard not to be since Cara Delevingne came along - I was really looking forward to checking out their new brow range. I went along to the Shangri-La Hotel at the Shard for some breakfast and brows!

There is a lot in the range. The new launch includes brow pencils, crayons, taming waxes, gels, brow nourishing oils and brow stencils. Two products that really caught my eye were the permanent tints for brows that claim to last up to six weeks and a brow palette containing a brow powder, wax and highlighter in one, which immediately screams out handbag holy grail.

I had a brow consultation with the lovely Margo Holder who you can find here. She gave me a complete brow-over using a mixture of two brow pencil shades and the brow wax. I usually use brow gels, namely the Maybelline Sculpting Brow Mascara, but Margo’s tip was that waxes give the brows a much more natural and glossier look rather than being so matte, and I definitely liked the finished look of my brows (pictured below).

I’ll be doing a full review of the entire range to give my final verdict, but so far it’s looking good. Could Eylure be London’s answer to Anastasia Beverly Hills?
