The Wishlist #2

Sunday nights are best spent reflecting on the week that's past, looking forward to the week ahead and of course mentally scotch-taping together a weekend wishlist of all the things you want and dream of – in my case, all of those things are beauty-related. So here I am in my candle-lit lounge with a delightfully scrumptious plate of linguine watching back to back episodes of my current obsession, Mr Selfridge, and compiling my wishlist!

Dior Pore Minimizer Primer – Now that I’ve come to the end of my POREfessional primer from Benefit, (that I didn’t particularly love but used up out of guilt) it’s time that I find a new mattifying and pore minimizing primer. This Dior one has received great reviews and is apparently a lot thinner and less slippery in texture than the POREfessional primer, so it seems promising!

Tom Ford Lipstick in Indian Rose – I think it’s about time I treated myself to my very first Tom Ford lipstick and this particular shade seems to be the perfect every day pink-nude for my skin tone.

Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer – This has infamously been dubbed the godfather of all face primers when it comes to longevity, and since I’m currently primer-less, this seems like the way to go!

NARS Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base – I’ve just run out of my beloved Urban Decay Primer Potion and instead of repurchasing that one for the umpteenth time, I thought I’d give this one a go as a lot of people do prefer this one and we can’t forget the N Dulge points I’ll receive at Space NK!

Tom Ford Extreme Mascara – I’m on the hunt for a new holy grail mascara! Mine used to be Helena Rubinstein mascaras but they aren’t sold in London and I’m tired of only being able to pick them up from Sephora when I’m abroad! I’ve heard great things about this one and can’t wait to give it a go!

Charlotte Tilbury Dolce Vita Eyeshadow Palette – Ok, so this product was actually in my previous wishlist and I still haven’t bought it because I felt like I already have enough eyeshadows in my stash. However, the fact that I’m still yearning for this palette months later must mean that it’s meant to be and that there’s clearly nothing else that can fill this void in my heart other than this one very palette!

Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette – It is just too beautiful not to purchase… I’m a little unsure as to whether it would suit my skin tone, which is why I’ve been stalling for a while, but I’m sure I could make it work, right?

Jo Malone Blue Agava & Cacao Cologne – I recently popped into Jo Malone's Covent Garden store for a quick browse and happened to stumble across this cologne. If you follow me on my Instagram or Twitter, then you will have heard me raving about how delightful this smells and how much I need it in my life!

Zoeva Rose Gold Luxury Brush Set – I think the world has gone a little bananas for rose gold recently – all black rose gold everything! As soon as I laid eyes on this gorgeous Zoeva brush set I knew it had to be mine. I don’t even need new make up brushes right now, but the black and rose gold handles have seduced me and Zoeva brushes are fantastic so I’ll definitely get a lot of use out of them!
