Jurlique Antioxidant Gel Mask Review

I am indeed a face mask junkie/hoarder. I put on a face mask about four times per week, which seems excessive but I absolutely love using them and all four of course serve a different purpose; one is to exfoliate, another is to hydrate and two are revitalising. This mask from Jurlique falls into the revitalising category.

This mask is fantastic to use twice or three times a week as it really rejuvenates the skin. It contains Sea Salt, Cassia Angustifolia Seed Polysaccharide Complex and Saccharide Isomerate, which reduce the appearance of fine lines, and improve the skin’s moisture levels. The mask also contains small beads of Vitamin E that burst on application and help combat dehydration and dullness. The Willow Bark Extract very gently exfoliates the skin and enhances cell turnover, since it is a natural source of salicylic acid.

After cleansing, I apply an even layer of this gel-textured mask to my face and leave it on for about 15 minutes before washing it off with warm water and a flannel. The texture is quite thin and forms a film over the skin that slightly hardens over time. I like to use this twice a week and I find that it really revitalizes my skin and leaves it looking a lot brighter. I’ve also received compliments on how radiant my skin looks after using this mask so it must be working! At £40 a pop it isn’t the cheapest mask but one that’s definitely worth the investment as it makes a noticeable difference and will last you a very long time since you only use a tiny amount per face mask. It is available to purchase on the Jurlique website here or in store at Space NK.
