Hair Rehab from John Frieda

About a month ago, I decided to highlight my hair and go light for the end of our long Indian Summer. I absolutely love my new hair, but it has of course become a little drier and damaged. I decided to try the Full Repair range* from John Frieda and I absolutely love it. My hair feels so much stronger, healthier and more nourished. There are 5 products in the range:

The Hydate & Rescue shampoo and conditioner are really intensely hydrating and contain strong detangling agents. Both products as well as the deep conditioner are infused with Inca Inchi, which is an Amazonian lightweight micro-oil rich in Omega-3 that restores moisture and shine to lacklustre and over-styled hair.

I use this repairing oil elixir daily on both damp and dry hair when I feel I need to add a little moisture back into my hair. It reduces breakage and smoothes hair. The essential unsaturated fatty acids in the oil create a flexible film, wrapping broken strands to strengthen and replenish - they also create a barrier to heat damage.

Finally, this little product has made it's way into my handbag essentials. The Flyaway Tamer contains inca inchi oil and I use this by running the wand through the tops of my hair where I'm most prone to flyaways. It really helps give my hairstyle a more polished look, as it adds shine and keeps the flyaways at bay. I was concerned that perhaps it might make my hair look a little greasy, but actually it's the perfect texture and just adds a tonne of shine!

I'm really impressed with the range and it's on offer at Boots at the moment so give it a go!

Have you tried any of these products?

Happy reading,
