July Beauty Favourites

July has been a phenomenal month. London has seen sweltering heat, unlike anything we've previously experienced, and for me personally, it's been a very busy month indeed! Having said that, I love being busy, and these are the products that really got me through the month:

Diptyque Eau Duelle Eau De Toilette - This has a beautiful spicy vanilla scent and I've fallen head over heels in love with this product! I've completely pushed aside all of my other perfumes and I've worn this every day in the month of July. I can't convey how incredible this smells through this post, but if you're ever in Space NK or Selfridges then pop by the Diptyque counter and give it a sniff - you won't regret it!

Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss in Kiss Me Coral - I think this has probably become a cult beauty blogger product, and it's pretty evident why! It's a really gorgeous coral colour that is just perfect for Summer! It can be worn alone or over lipstick, and would pretty much suit every skin tone.

Heathcote & Ivory Beau Jardin Citrus Grove Hand Cream* - Now my regular handbag hand cream is one from Laura Mercier, but I've also been loving this one. It has a very strong citrus smell, and is really nourishing. It also contains no parabens or sulphates, which I really like.

Guerlain Mini Brush Set* - There are 4 brushes in this set, none of which I use for their actual purpose! There's the traditional foundation brush (which I actually use with powder highlights), a blush brush (which has become my holy grail powder brush that works wonders with my Chanel Les Beiges), an all-over eyeshadow brush, and a tapered eyeshadow brush. The brushes are all great quality, very versatile and travel-friendly.

Accessorize Exposed Eyeshadow palette - I picked this up from Superdrug a while ago for about nine pounds (how could I resist?!) and I've been using it all through this month. I've got a full review of this palette coming very soon so watch this space, but I must say that with 32 neutral and very wearable shades, the possibilities with this palette are endless!

Neal's Yard Calming Aromatherapy Candle - I've mentioned this in my previous NYR post (here) and I've been burning this one a lot. Now as much as I love my Diptyque and my Jo Malone candles, what I like about NYR candles are that their wax is a 100% organic blend of beeswax and botanical wax, meaning there's no petroleum-based paraffin wax and no harmful toxins or sooty smoke. This particular candle has a blend of rose, patchouli and geranium oil that smell lovely and really helps me to wind down before bed.

Neal's Yard Frankincense Hydrating Facial Mist - One of my handbag essentials and previously mentioned in my NYR post, it can be used as a hydrating toner or simply as a refresher during the day over make up. Unlike most facial mists out there, this doesn't just smell scrumptious, it actually hydrates your skin since it contains hyaluronic acid.

Orla Kiely Geranium Shower Gel* - This product smells incredible. It feels so revitalizing when you're in the shower, and is a blend of geranium, eucalyptus and clary sage essential oils. It's also free from parabens, sulphates, petrochemicals and artificial colouring which is something I really like about this product as I'm a big fan of all things natural!

Good Things Fresh Start Creamy Cleanser - I've previously mentioned this in my cleansing routine post  and it's a product that I've been using daily through July. It ticks all the boxes in terms of what I look for in my perfect cleanser: non-foaming, suitable for sensitive skin, free from parabens, mineral oils, animal ingredients and sodium laureth sulphate, and it's extremely purse-friendly!

Happy reading,
